In one session with Michelle, I got a lot of clarity and validation of feelings I hadn’t acknowledged before. I sensed her depth of loving understanding and full presence with me. She helped me choose actions to help myself, which have proven to be very helpful in moving forward. I know now I have someone I can turn to who doesn’t need a lot of explaining, and who will meet me right where I am.

I knew when I signed up that I would be helped to accept the loss of my partner. I had no idea how you were going to achieve that. Today I am amazed at where I am. I have come so much further where I can look to the future with anticipation. I was really resistant to the idea of “closure” but you made it so engaging and fun. John is not gone, he is always with me.

I have lost my only daughter, confidant and intellectual partner 8 months ago.  I am missing her tremendously every second. Participation in this program helped me to be more positive and less angry on issues surrounding her departure. I am still very very sad, but I can plan and manage my life much easier in order to continue my life without the “apple of my eyes.”
