I knew when I signed up that I would be helped to accept the loss of my partner. I had no idea how you were going to achieve that. Today I am amazed at where I am. I have come so much further where I can look to the future with anticipation. I was really resistant to the idea of “closure” but you made it so engaging and fun. John is not gone, he is always with me.

Michelle was of great help in guiding me through the grieving process. Her experience and knowledge of grief and its process, helped to validate my feelings. With her warm, sensitive and gentle approach to healing, I felt heard and understood.  She helped me to see where I was in my grieving and assisted me to take the steps I needed to move forward.  She has a novel approach to understanding grief and how it can be a transformational platform for life changes.  I strongly recommend her for her skillful and caring approach to extremely difficult life events.  She is a true gem!

In one session with Michelle, I got a lot of clarity and validation of feelings I hadn’t acknowledged before. I sensed her depth of loving understanding and full presence with me. She helped me choose actions to help myself, which have proven to be very helpful in moving forward. I know now I have someone I can turn to who doesn’t need a lot of explaining, and who will meet me right where I am.
